No reservations are necessary – just click the link provided, or copy and paste into your PC browser. The final meeting is a ‘question and answer’ session with UHC, Star Robbins (Supplemental Benefits) and Horan.

2021 EMPLOYEE BENEFITS – WHAT’S NEW?
If you do not currently have voluntary life but would like to sign up; if you would like to increase beyond the $20k EE/ $10k SP allowed or if you would like more than the guaranteed amount of $50k for your spouse, please complete the attached EOI form and forward to the Benefits Office ASAP – it is not necessary to wait until open enrollment. MEDICARE ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS – IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Those employees who are enrolled in Medicare or plan to enroll in Medicare at some point during 2021, are NOT eligible to contribute to an HSA for 3 months prior to enrolling in Medicare; therefore it is not advisable for them to enroll in the HDP medical plan for 2021.
MEDICARE CREDITABLE COVERAGE: Both of the County’s medical plans meet the Creditable Coverage requirement of CMS. Should you choose to continue your county coverage after becoming Medicare Eligible, the Part D penalty will not apply to you while you are covered on the county plan.
