Vision Service Plan (VSP) is our vision plan provider.

VSP is a non-profit company whose focus is on optical healthcare for the insured and uninsured.  They are community oriented and sponsor many free and low-cost programs throughout the world.

VSP provides in and out of network benefits, however, you will receive the highest level of benefits if you use an in-network provider.  The VSP network is extensive in the TriState area.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Full time employees (35+ hours per week). Benefits begin after 30 days of full-time employment.
• Spouse – legally married
• Dependent children up to the age of 26

ID CARDS:

ID cards are not provided as they are not necessary to obtain your benefits.  You can download your coverage information and have it available for your provider on an App, or simply provide the SS# of the plan holder and your provider can look you up in the VSP system.
