MetLife Dental provides coverage for employees and their eligible dependents. The network is: PDP Plus.
They offer 2 plan designs: a Basic Core Plan and a Buy-Up Premium plan. Out-of-Network services are covered but at a lower rate than in-network providers.
EyeMed is our vision care provider and offers both in-network and out-of-network coverage.
